Shipping & Returns Policy

What are shipping costs?

– Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $5 for orders under $99.
Express Shipping option is available at checkout.
FREE standard shipping is offered for all orders $99 and over within Australia.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We only ship within Australia.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes we do!

Which shipping services do you use?

We use and trust Australia Post.

When should I expect delivery?

We dispatch orders twice a week, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Standard parcel service delivers in an estimated 2+ business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on lodgement and destination points. Delivery times are based on Australia Post delivery guidelines.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Items will be sent Authority to Leave in a safe place.

If there is no safe place to leave the package, it will be taken to a local collection place and you will be notified digitally or left a card. 

Australia Post holds parcels for 10 business days for you to collect, before it’s returned to our fulfilment centre. The purchaser is liable for the associated shipping costs of redelivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Please be aware that screens may display colours slightly differently to that intended.

Do you offer change of mind returns or exchanges?

Yes! If you wish to return your purchase or make an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will email you a return form to start the return/exchange process.

Item(s) must be returned in original and unused condition within 14 days of delivery. The product(s) will not be accepted for refund or exchange if soiled or damaged or in any way. 
All postage costs associated with change of mind returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
Original shipping fees and merchant fees will be deducted from any refund.
Care should be taken to protect the product for return transit and sent back via a trackable means as LARGO can not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Can I return sale items?

Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not offered for items bought on sale.

What should I do if my purchase has a fault?

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe there is a manufacturing fault, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please contact us at OR call ENQUIRIES (AUS) 1300 721 920 with any quality concerns.

What if my purchase is damaged in delivery?

If your order arrives damaged, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please inspect your goods when they arrive and notify us within 48 hrs of any quality concern.

What if my purchase is lost in delivery?

Please use the tracking code to check the expected delivery date. If your parcel doesn’t arrive, within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us at

How long will it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be actioned within 7 days of receiving the return, minus original shipping and merchant fees.
